For all new employees in any role, you will receive a structured induction programme to welcome you to your new role. We then offer continuous on the job training working alongside some of the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the business. We offer structured training programmes for all our staff and we have a further education policy whereby we fund external courses and provide study leave for relevant professional courses.
In addition we actively encourage all our staff to apply for internal opportunities and advertise all promotional opportunities within the business to existing employees. We have had many staff take up promotional opportunities or indeed opportunities to work either in a different department within Rochford Brady or a new role in one of our sister companies.
