Our Land Registry Department covers all aspects of Searching, Lodging and Bespeaking in all the registries of the PRAI.

The dedicated and specialist team of staff in this department have a combined experience of 60 years plus in dealing with all aspects of the Land Registry in particular Mapping Searches, Mapping Queries and Title /Ownership Searches.

Our staff deliver a high standard of work which ensures quality and accuracy in all our searching, which is unrivalled by others. As our staff are on site daily in the registries we are able to deal with all your requests and queries immediately and we endeavour to complete and deal with your queries within 24 hours.

The staff also attends at the Land Commission to bespeak documents and conduct searches where appropriate.
